A few years ago Trees Coalition began removing invasive trees and vines from our entrances to Spartanburg such as I-26/HWY 29, I-26/HWY 221, Southport Rd/HWY 221, and I-585/HWY 9. We now focus on maintaining the beauty of these corridors and gateways by mowing, weed eating the banks, and caring for the trees that are there.
